COAL GASIFIER PROJECT FOR PELLET PLANT
A battery of 10 gasifier with a total capacity of 40,000 Nm3/hour (58 MWth), in ‘cold gas mode’
Supplying gas to a iron ore pellet plant
Cold-clean gas conveyed over a distance of more than 1 km
Extensive gas clean-up system for high purity clean gas
Elaborate facility complete with coal handling, gasification, ash handling, tar separation & storage, etc.

 
   
COAL GASIER PROJECT FOR LIME / DOLOMITE KILN
A 3800 kWth (2600 Nm3/hour) gasifier, in ‘hot gas mode’
Supplying gas to a lime / dolomite kiln
Hot gas is conveyed through insulated pipeline to the kiln in close-coupled mode
Water & tar handling is negligible
Very high efficiency as no energy is lost in cooling

 
   
GASIFIERS FOR ROLLING MILL FURNACES
Many gasifiers of various capacities have been installed with rolling mill furnaces. Some of the gasifiers have been successfully operating for more than 10 years.

 
   
MULTI-FUEL COAL / BIOMASS GASIFIER INSTALLED IN A GI-WIRE UNIT
A multi-fuel  gasifier, in ‘hot gas mode’ supplying gas to a GI wire plant
Hot gas is conveyed through insulated pipeline to the annealing and galvanizing furnace
Water & tar handling is negligible
Very high efficiency as no energy is lost in cooling
Gasifier can be operated on either biomass or coal as per fuel availability
